Refund policy

Returns:

 

We understand that you may change your mind or that you may need a

different size. Being a small business Paper Dolls Ambler has a firm return policy,

but we do try to make it an easy process for you. Due to high sell through we do not offer exchanges. Our return policy detailed here is for online purchases only.

Please review carefully.

 

All returns are for STORE CREDIT only.

 

Returns must be postmarked by 20 days from the receipt of the order. 

Please email us before you send your return to get the process started.

Include in the email, your full name as it appears on your account, order number 

and the item(s) that you would like to send back.

No exceptions.

All items must have the original tag and be returned in original, unworn condition.

Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors,

free of pet hair and still resalable.

Merchandise that has clearly been worn, stained ,

or otherwise damaged will

be rejected.

 

LOCAL  IN-STORE PICK UP

If you are picking your order up from our store, your 14 day window to return begins on the day your order is filled, not picked up. You may bring your return to the store for Store Credit (must meet guidelines above).

 

Sale and promotion items, earrings, hair accessories, hats  are

FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Email us at paperdollsambler@gmail.com for an RA#

3. Carefully pack your items(s) and send them back within 14 days of 

receiving your order. Please include your original receipt and you’re RA#.

4. Address the package to:

Returns outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted 

and will be returned to you.
